Praying for Revival After August 19, 2020

On August 19, 2020 the Lord called for a Day of Prayer and Fasting to eradicate the coronavirus.

who are called by My name —

The Mayor of Dallas issued a proclamation declaring August 19, 2020 “Pray Dallas Day”, and other municipalizes including Fort Worth issued similar proclamations. Local television stations picked up the story as Christians from all traditions and ethnicities prayed for the eradication of the coronavirus.

Will humble themselves and pray

Along with the vision to pray came the word from Joshua 8:19. The scripture as applied to our current time called for Christians who have been waiting for God’s signal to take responsibility the city and set it on fire with revival. This is our prayer focus after August 19.

GET INVOLVED
 

And seek My face,

and turn from their wicked ways

The date of August 19 is an important date on God’s calendar, as the new moon of August 19 begins the 40 day Jewish season of Teshuvah, a time to repent and return to the presence of the Lord.

COUNT ME IN
 

then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin,

and will heal their land.

2 Chron. 7:14

We will be praying through the 40 days of Teshuvah to humble ourselves, unite, pray for healing the land, and pray for revival.  We invite you to join with us on the Teshuvah journey, and also join with us to commit to pray for eradication of coronavirus and revival until revival comes.
